I put in a formal complaint on their website already, but wanted to leave my input here as well. Did a walk in order for the first time ever at this location, of a thin crust cheese, and a regular cheese. When I received my receipt and change, I noticed I was charged a “EMB” pizza, which costs more. When I asked about it, I was told “we don’t have regular cheese pizza” I said so then what am I getting? “It’s still a cheese pizza, but with more cheese.” That doesn’t make any sense and to just do that without letting me know about the price increase is shady/sneaky. My change was also incorrect so a blonde female manager had to come open the register to get the correct change, didn’t acknowledge me in the slightest, and had AirPods in. Talk about unprofessional and zero customer service. The pizza itself is swimming in sauce and just disgusting. Idk how this location is still in business. Hoping to hear back from management/owner/someone to rectify this issue. Seems like they’re running a shady business here trying to sneakily upcharge people and give incorrect change in the hopes that people don’t notice!

Your typical Little Caesars store. It is take out only. The store was clean and the young lady behind counter was cordial. I ordered on line and picked up the order myself.

Good to the last flush! One cheese stick and two slices of “three meat treat” had me in and out of the bathroom all night! Not so great of a deal if it comes with a price. 😞

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. When I walked in, the store manager had her back turned toward the customers and did not acknowledge or greet anyone coming in. There was a line forming, and several of us had to repeatedly try to get her attention before she finally responded. Basic customer service, like greeting customers and being attentive when people are waiting, goes a long way in creating a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking during my visit. I hope management addresses this because it definitely left a negative impression.

I normally don’t do reviews, but this one definitely needed a review. To the teenage girl who worked on January 19 in the evening, was literally on their phone the whole entire time., was not responsive while it was busy, and literally had me waiting for 20 minutes when the pizza and the wings that I ordered was clearly ready. Instead of taking care of the line, she stayed on her phone and waited until the end of her shift until someone came.. it was until I asked an update on my order as she had her purse leaving when she informed me that my order was ready and literally had me waiting for 20+ minutes when everything was already ready. Please, either someone fire her or train her because I would not be ever going back for the horrible service that I experience
